I put the blueberries with water on low heat, I added 50 grams of sugar and I cooked over low heat for 8-9 minutes, crushing the blueberries. I added the orange juice and peel, and left it on the fire for another 2-3 minutes.

I strained by pressing with a spoon so as to collect all the puree. I let it cool.

Separately, I mixed the eggs with the rest of the sugar until they tripled in volume. I added kefir and vanilla and mixed for another 2 minutes, then I put the blueberry puree. Then I started to thicken the composition with flour previously mixed with baking powder, and sifted.

I filled 2/3 of the muffin tins and put 2-3 raw blueberries. I baked them for about 20 minutes on medium heat, until they browned a little.
