- potatoes 1000 gr
- mushrooms 1 preserve
- salt
- pepper
- Provencal herbs (rosemary, thyme, marjoram, basil)
- paprika
- olive oil

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Potatoes with mushrooms and paprika:
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Place in a tray or heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle the potatoes with a little olive oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, spices and paprika. Cover the tray with aluminum foil or lid and place in the oven (preheated !!!) at 250 degrees approx. 20 minutes. Then leave approx. 10 minutes uncovered to brown. Good appetite!!!
